Union Vale Court convenes on the 1st Wednesday of the month at 6:00 pm.
Court will convene on the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Wednesday of each month at 6:00 pm.
Entrance to the court is located at the back of Town Hall. When entering the court room, check in with court officers at the back door for security reasons before taking your seat.
NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED. The Court would appreciate bank checks or postal money orders made out to “TOWN COURT, TOWN OF UNION VALE”.

Any party wishing to adjourn a court date must submit notice at least one week in advance by Email or Fax (email preferred).
All notices of adjournment must be submitted to Clerk Khan.

Any party wishing file a landlord/tenant case must contact an attorney who then may file the forms to the Union Vale Town Court. These cases are seen on the 2nd and 3rd Wednesday of each month.
